funbox Co., Ltd. produces, manufactures and sells stationery, miscellaneous goods, plastic products, and tin products. We also produce, sell and wholesale capsule vending machines, capsule toys, and we rent out capsule vending machines.
Smile Co., Ltd. manufactures mainly polyester fabric products such as banners, tapestries, and character goods. We provide high-quality products with short delivery times.
This merger will integrate the management resources of the two companies, including both achievements, sales, product development, planning, and deployment capabilities.
We will maximize the strengths of both companies and create further synergy.
By consolidating the management structure and integrating business operations, we will also improve the speed of management decision-making, make more efficient use of our management resources, and develop more agile and efficient services.
We are also newly entering the business of printing on apparel goods. By utilizing the knowledge of both companies, we intend to make this a new pillar of our business, following button badges and acrylic goods.
